All of us who stayed at this wonderful villa are very pleased with everything we experienced. I have been traveling with groups this way for many years and I can say that this is the best place I have ever lived. Fantastic view all around, lots of space. Wonderful neighbor Dina who helped us with our every wish.

Ein wirklich schöner Ort! Und ein Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche übrig lässt - ideal für zwei Familien, mit separaten Wohnbereichen und einem großen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Esstisch und Küche (und einem weiteren Wohnzimmer) auf der Poolebene. Für jeden Wochentag eine Terasse oder Veranda/Balkon vorhanden :)!
Die Begleitung durch Peter und die Nachbarin Dina war exzellent, und individuell, persönlich, einfach wunderbar.

Wir hatten mit unserer Familie und Freunden einen traumhaften Urlaub .
Unsere Vorstellungen wurden übertroffen!
Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.
Dina ist eine wahre Perle und ist uns unglaublich ans Herz gewachsen.
Peter ist jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

In August 2021, we spent our summer vacation in the Villa Vesta. The communication in advance was exemplary. All questions were answered in detail and in a timely manner. We got detailed information about the house and the directions. Peter also asked us, if we wanted some wine, water, bread and other groceries on the day of our arrival. Thanks to the good directions given to us, we had no problem to find the house. The keys were in a key safe. The house was perfectly prepared (beds, laundry, towels,…). Everything was very clean and the house was furnished with a lot of love. We traveled with our 3 kids. It was more than enough space for everybody of us to get some peace. During our stay, the very friendly neighbor took care of all matters, she was always there for any problem and any questions (e.g. reservation of a table in a restaurant) and the kids had lots of fun with her cats. The house is huge, furnished lovely and offers everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are enough towels (kitchen, bath, pool, beach). There is a washing machine and a dryer. The pool is very nice, surrounded by olive trees. There is a pool bathroom with a toilet and a huge shower in the pool area, as well as a huge outdoor area with two tables, many deck chairs and a barbecue area. The available olive oil of Peter´s own olive trees is excellent and can also be purchased. We were lucky to harvest some ripe fruits as figs and yellow plums. They were so delicious. The road in front of the house is little used. To Pescara you drive approx. 40 minutes and to the closest supermarket 10-15 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and would spend further vacation here again. We can fully recommend the house and the landlord.
